INTERNATIONAL AAMET CONFERENCE

EXHIBITOR’S  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Stall or pitch bookings are for the 2 days from 8.30am to 5.30 pm
• Please provide a full description of stalls/products on your booking form.
• A Fee of £15 for 1 or 2 days is required when booking.  This fee is non-refundable
• Ensure your stand is ready for 8:30am each day
• Application closing date October 7th 2013
• 1st come first serve
• Exhibitors need to pay for a conference ticket  here  if you want to go to Conference.
• You will be provided with:-

1. Table:
2. Chairs
3. Electrical point (if possible)
4. Pass

• Only goods /services provided on the booking form are permitted. If you trade with goods or services other than stated on your booking form, you may be asked to leave.
• Subletting stalls in not permitted unless agreed beforehand with the Conference organiser at events@aamet.org.
• Confirmation of booking will be sent along with further event details and any advertising requirements after your deposit has been received.  These will be posted on the AAMET Conference website.
• Stalls are to be set up and ready by the time the event opens.
• Attaching anything to the wall is prohibited.
• No self-standing screens are permitted  
• You will need to agree to obtaining personal liability/indemnity insurance.  The AAMET and its organisers bear no responsibility for insurance.
• Cancellation refunds less Deposit paid. Will be given if notice received in writing 21 days prior to the event
• As Exhibitor you are responsible for setting up your stall and clearing away afterwards.
• The AAMET is not liable for any breakages, lost or stolen items.
